The jacket is waterproof and has a hood. On the back of the clothing there is a reflective VOLUNTEER sign. On the right arm there is a relevant host city logo placed, whereas on the left part of the chest there is a UEFA EURO 2012 Host Cities Voluntary Project logo. Both the polo-shirt and the T-shirt apart from the two mentioned logos have also in their lower left part a theme related to the project resembling the system of public transportation. The volunteer's bag contains, among others, some informational materials which will be distributed among the supporters and the citizens.
You may expect to meet volunteers at the airports, railway stations, public transportation stops, streets, fan zones and in the area of tourist attractions. No matter what the weather conditions are, they will be there for you.
All the volunteers have completed training courses related to intercultural and interpersonal communication, city, suburban and country public transportation, cultural program, first aid and reaction in case of challenging situations.
The volunteers are able to communicate in English, they are over 18, have a lot of experience and enthusiasm. They are eager to create a positive ambience of Poland and Warsaw.
