3. Wilanów Palace Wilanów Palace is one of the most precious monuments of the Polish Baroque. It was built for king John III Sobieski at the end of the 17th century and expanded (side wings) by the next owners. It represents the characteristic space arrangements combining the tradition of the Polish royal court with an Italian countryside villa and a French palace. The palace interiors are well-known for their original design and abundant amenities representing three style periods.
